Head Instructor: Professor Bruce Shepherd
Owner and head professor, Bruce Shepherd has trained BJJ for over 28 years, competed and fought around the world, and has received awards and accolades for his achievements and support of the sport. He is a wealth of information and teaches in a way that both beginners and advanced students are able to grow.
Professor Shepherd is a 5th degree black belt under the IBJJF. His lineage traces to Master Marcelo Ferreira and Grand Master Francisco Mansor.
Facility
Our new facility offers two spacious training areas covered in high quality Zebra mats. Locker rooms and shower are located along the main corridor. Gladiator wall and equipment are available for training. Gi's, rash guards, t-shirts and more can be found in the Pro-Shop by the front entrance.
Group and Private Classes
Learn at your own pace. Whether it be a one on one class, group lesson, or regular classes, there is a place for everyone. Kids classes begin at age 3 and up. Competition and intermediate classes are also available. All ages, levels, and abilities are welcome.
